# The Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) Regulations 2003


(1) The Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) Regulations 2003 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 12(2) for “by the local education authority” substitute “from the local education authority”.
