# The Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) Regulations 2003, Regulation 3: Information to be contained in a notice inviting proposals


Notices published under section 70(1) inviting proposals for the establishment of a school shall specify the matters specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations (in addition to the matters referred to in section 70(3) (a) and (b)).
