# The Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.
