# Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2009, Section 6: Additional support


In section 1(3) of the 2004 Act (additional support needs)—
(a) in paragraph (a), after “provision”, where it occurs for the first time, substitute “ (whether or not educational provision) ”,
(b) in paragraph (b), for “educational provision” substitute “ provision (whether or not educational provision) ”.
