# The Education Administration Rules 2018, Article 4.23: Applications for transfer


Where an application to transfer the proceedings is made by the education administrator, that application must be accompanied by a report by the education administrator which must—
(a) set out the reasons for the transfer; and
(b) include a statement that the appropriate national authority either has consented to the transfer or was given at least 14 days’ notice of the education administrator’s application.
