Article 4.27 Application of Chapter and interpretation

This Chapter applies to the costs of and in connection with education administration proceedings.

In this Chapter “costs” includes charges and expenses.

CPR Parts 44^f1 and 47^f2 (which relate to costs) apply to such costs.
