# The Education Administration Rules 2018, Article 5.10: Withdrawal or variation of proof


(1) A creditor may withdraw a proof at any time by delivering a written notice to the education administrator.
(2) The amount claimed by a creditor’s proof may be varied at any time by agreement between the creditor and the education administrator.
