# The Education Administration Rules 2018, Article 5.12: Debts of further education bodies to rank equally


Debts of further education bodies other than preferential debts rank equally between themselves and, after preferential debts, must be paid in full unless the assets are insufficient for meeting them, in which case they abate in equal proportions between themselves.
