Article 5.13 Division of unsold assets

This rule applies to any property which, from its peculiar nature or other special circumstances, cannot be readily or advantageously sold.

The education administrator may with agreement of the creditors divide the property in its existing form among the further education body’s creditors according to its estimated value.
