# The Education Administration Rules 2018, Article 6.5: Notice of vacation of office when education administrator ceases to be qualified to act


An education administrator who has ceased to be qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the further education body and who gives notice in accordance with paragraph 89 of Schedule B1 must also deliver notice to—
(a) the appropriate national authority;
(b) the registrar of companies.
