  "text": "A notice relating to a further education body must also identify the further education body and state—\n(a) its registered office of the further education body;\n(b) any name under which it was registered in the 12 months before the date of the education administration proceedings; and\n(c) any name or style under which—\n(i) the further education body carried on business, and\n(ii) any debt owed to a creditor was incurred.",
