in paragraph (1) for “their own procedure” substitute “the procedure of the forum”;

after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4)

It shall be the duty of the secretary or, in the absence of the secretary, of the authority, to notify every member at least one week in advance of the time and place of each meeting.

(5)

In any vote regarding the exercise of a forum’s power to refer an objection to the adjudicator pursuant to section 90 of the Act, the vote must be carried by a simple majority of those members present and, in the case of an equality of votes the chairman, or in his absence the vice-chairman, shall have a second or casting vote.”.
