  "text": "(1) For the purposes of these Regulations schools shall be divided into the following groups—\n(a) community and voluntary controlled schools;\n(b) voluntary aided schools;\n(c) foundation schools.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations in relation to an authority to a school group is a reference to one of the groups of schools as specified in paragraph (1) maintained by the authority.",
