  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements)(England)(Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 17th January 2008.\n(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England and in relation to appeals against decisions communicated on or after 1st March 2008.",
