Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements)(England)(Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 10th February 2009.

These Regulations only apply in relation to England and, subject to paragraph (3), apply in relation to appeals against decisions communicated on or after 1st March 2009.

(3)

Regulation 6 applies in relation to appeals against decisions communicated on or after 1st March 2010 in respect of admission to maintained schools in England in the school year 2010-2011 and subsequent years.
