# The Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements)(England)(Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 3: Amendment of Regulations


In regulation 2(1), insert the following definitions after the definition of “the 1998 Act”—
““appropriate authority” means the body or bodies responsible for making the arrangements described in regulation 3; and
“School Admissions Code” means any code for school admissions issued under section 84.”.
