  "text": "(1) The chairman and the appointed members hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of their respective appointments.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) has effect subject to the following provisions of this Schedule.\n(3) Section 113 makes provision for the holding and vacation of office by the Chief Inspector.",
