# Education and Inspections Act 2006, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W

The Chief Inspector may, with the consent of the Secretary of State, enter into arrangements for charges to be made—
(a) for doing anything under paragraph 8; or
(b) for carrying out inspections under paragraph 9.
