  "text": "(1) Section 20 of SSFA 1998 (new categories of maintained schools) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), for “Schedule 8”, wherever occurring, substitute “ the change of category provisions ”.\n(3) After subsection (2) insert—\n“(2A) In subsection (2) “the change of category provisions” means—\n(a) in the case of a school in England, Schedule 8 to this Act or sections 18 to 24 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, and\n(b) in the case of a school in Wales, Schedule 8 to this Act.”",
