  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“maintained school” means—\n(a)a community, foundation or voluntary school,\n(b)a community or foundation special school, or\n(c)a pupil referral unit;\n“relevant school” means—\n(a)a maintained school,\n(b) an Academy school,\n(ba)an alternative provision Academy,\n(c)a city technology college, or\n(d)a city college for the technology of the arts.",
