  "text": "(1) This section applies where the Chief Inspector publishes a report of an area inspection conducted under section 128.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) The Secretary of State may direct a local authority in England whose area is wholly or partly within the area covered by the report to prepare a written statement of—\n(a) the action which they propose to take in the light of the report, and\n(b) the period within which they propose to take that action.\n(4) In preparing a statement under subsection...
