  "text": "In section 89 of SSFA 1998 (procedure for determining admission arrangements) in subsection (2)—\n(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c), and\n(b) after paragraph (d) insert\n“and\n(e) in the case of a foundation or voluntary school which has a religious character for the purposes of Part 2, such body or person representing the religion or religious denomination in question as may be prescribed.”",
