# Education and Inspections Act 2006, Section 70: Governing bodies consisting of interim executive members


Schedule 6 has effect in relation to any school in respect of which a notice has been given—
(a) under section 65(1) by the local authority, or
(b) under section 69(1) by the Secretary of State.
