# Education and Inspections Act 2006, Section 96: Repeals consequential on provisions of Chapter 1


The following provisions (which are superseded by sections 88 to 93) cease to have effect—
(a) sections 550A and 550B of EA 1996;
(b) section 61 of SSFA 1998.
