  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education and Training (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 6th November 2000.\n(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Education and Training (Scotland) Regulations 2000.",
