  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education and Training (Scotland) Regulations 2000 (“the principal Regulations”) which provide for the payment of Individual Learning Accounts.\nRegulation 2 removes the limit on the number of the £150 grants payable under Regulation 7(1)(a) of the principal Regulations.",
