  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Assembly Learning Grant Scheme) (Wales) Regulations 2002 by substituting a new Schedule. The new Schedule clarifies that the intention of the Assembly Learning Grant Scheme is to enable those with limited financial resources to undertake courses of further or higher education by providing financial assistance in or towards the cost of books, equipment, travel or childcare incurred in connection with attending such a course.",
