# The Education (Assisted Places) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997


(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), for “£1,430” in each place where it appears there shall be substituted “£1,465”.
(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, for “£11,116” there shall be substituted “£11,368”.
(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule there shall be substituted the following table—
