  "text": "(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), substitute “£1,500” for “£1,465” in each place where it appears.\n(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, substitute “£11,626” for “£11,368”.\n(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule substitute the following table—\nTable\n(1) Part of relevant income to which specified percentage applies\n(2) Only assisted pupil (%)\n(3) Each of two assisted pupils (%)\nEach of three assisted pupils (%)\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £11,460 but does not exceed £12,461\n9\n6.75\n5.25\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £12,461 but does not exceed £13,478\n12\n9\n7\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £13,478 but does not exceed £15,495\n15\n11.25\n8.75\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £15,495 but does not exceed £18,606\n21\n15.75\n12.25\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £18,606 but does not exceed £22,660\n24\n18\n14\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £22,660\n33\n24.75\n19.25",
