# The Education (Assisted Places) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Assisted Places) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, and shall come into force on 1st September 1999.
(2) These Regulations shall apply in relation to a school year beginning on or after the date mentioned in paragraph (1).
