  "heading": "Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997",
  "text": "(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), for “£1,265” in each place where it appears there shall be substituted “£1,300”.\n(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, for “£10,414” there shall be substituted “£10,670”.\n(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule there shall be substituted the following table–\n“\nTABLE\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\n(4)\nPart of relevant income to which specified percentage applies\nOnly assisted pupil\nEach of two assisted pupils\nEach of three assisted pupils\n(%)\n(%)\n(%)\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £10,504 but does not exceed £11,423\n9\n6.75\n5.25\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £11,423 but does not exceed £12,354\n12\n9\n7\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £12,354 but does not exceed £14,204\n15\n11·25\n8·75\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £14,204 but does not exceed £17,055\n21\n15·75\n12·25\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £17,055 but does not exceed £20,771\n24\n18\n14\nThat part (if any) which exceeds £20,771\n33\n24·75\n19·25\n”.",
