Article 3

Those institutions, being institutions which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within subsection (2) or (3) of section 129 of the Act, are hereby designated as institutions eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Polytechnics and Colleges Funding Council.

Section 130 of the Act shall apply to those institutions.
