This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of omissions in S.I. 1989/282 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument

Coming into force 6th December 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 129(1) and 130(1) (a) and (5) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (“the Act”) the Secretary of State for Education and Science hereby makes the following Order:
