# The Education (Designated Institutions) (England) Order 2018, Article 2: Designation of institution


Leeds College of Music, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within section 129(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988, is designated as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by a higher education funding council.
