# The Education (Designated Institutions) Order 1993, Article 2


The institutions which are specified in the Schedule to this Order, being institutions which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within subsection (2) of section 129 of the Education Reform Act 1988, are hereby designated as institutions eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
