# The Education (Designated Institutions) Order 2001, Article 2


The institution which is specified in the Schedule to this Order, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within subsection (2) of section 129 of the Education Reform Act 1988, is hereby designated as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
