Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education Development Plans (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

These Regulations apply in England.

In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Education Development Plans (England) Regulations 2001^f1.
