# The Education Development Plans (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendment


(1) In relation to the areas set out in paragraph (2) the Principal Regulations are amended as set out in regulations 4 to 7.
(2) The areas to which paragraph (1) applies are the areas of the following local education authorities—
(a) Birmingham City Council;
(b) Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council;
(c) Derbyshire County Council;
(d) Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council; and
(e) Warwickshire County Council.
