Coming into force 16th February 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 6(4) and (5), 7(1) and (9) and 138(7) and (8) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Regulations:–
