# The Education Development Plans (England) Regulations 1999, Regulation 16: Pupils with special educational needs


The material referred to in regulation 12 includes a statement summarising the local education authority’s policy on the provision of education to pupils with special educational needs, and how the authority propose that such pupils be educated alongside pupils who do not have special educational needs.
