# The Education Development Plans (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 16: Resources


The material referred to in regulation 13 includes a table showing the local education authority’s planned expenditure in the financial year beginning in 2002 in respect of each of the priorities set out in the statement of proposals in accordance with regulation 12(1), comprising expenditure to be deducted from their local schools budget in accordance with regulations under section 46(2) of the 1998 Act (but excluding expenditure to be met from funding devolved to schools), showing separately expenditure expected to be offset by specific grants and contributions required from the local education authority as a condition of the grants.
