# The Education Development Plans (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Principal Regulations


In Regulation 4 —
(a) omit paragraph (2);
(b) after paragraph (4) insert:
“(5) For the school year 2005-06, a third supplementary plan must relate to a period —
(a) in respect only of the setting of targets specified in regulation 30, the school years 2005-06 and 2006-07;
(b) in all other respects, the school year 2005-06”.
