# The Education Development Plans (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Principal Regulations


In Regulation 11, add after paragraph (2) the following —
“(3) Where targets have been set under paragraph (1) by reference to achievements in NC tests those targets are to be read as though the references to achievements in NC tests were references to achievements in teacher assessments”.
