# The Education Development Plans (Wales) Regulations 1999, Regulation 22: Consultation by the authority


The annexes in a full plan shall include a description of the consultation undertaken by the authority in preparing the plan including, in particular–
(a) the number and types of person consulted;
(b) a summary of the consultation responses; and
(c) the ways, if any, in which those responses have been reflected in the plan.
