Regulation 3 Period to which the statement of proposals must relate

(1)

The statement of proposals in the first full plan must relate to a period of 3 school years beginning on 1st September 1999.

(2)

The statement of proposals in a subsequent full plan must relate to a period of 3 school years, beginning at the expiration of the period of the most recent previous full plan.

(3)

The statement of proposals in a supplementary plan for the first interim year must relate to a period of 3 school years beginning at the expiration of the first school year in the period of the most recent full plan.

(4)

The statement of proposals in a supplementary plan for the second interim year must relate to a period of 3 school years beginning at the expiration of the second school year in the period of the most recent full plan.
