# The Education Development Plans (Wales) Regulations 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 26th April 2002
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(4) and (5), 7(1) and (9) and 138(7) and (8) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales:—
