# The Education Development Plans (Wales) Regulations 2002, Regulation 20: Local education authority context


The annexes to a full plan shall include a statement by the authority giving a description of the key characteristics of the authority which the authority consider relevant to the improvement of, and the raising of standards in, schools in their area.
