Coming into force 16th February 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 84(5) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and by sections 485, 491, 518 and 548(5) of the Education Act 1996, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Regulations:—
