  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend The Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 1994 and come into force on 1st June 1995.\nPart II of the 1994 Regulations is amended so that it applies not only to full-time and sandwich courses but also to part-time courses.",
