# The Education (Fees and Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2


Regulation 4 of The Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 1994 is amended—
(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2) by omitting the words “full-time or sandwich” in both places where they occur, and
(b) in paragraph (3) by omitting the definitions of “full-time course” and “sandwich course”.
